shiney new emulation site!

what to do;

-add snes roms
-add gbc roms
-add nes roms
-add genesis roms
-add n64 roms
-add sega master system roms
-add what ever other consoles i decide to add, thats it for now

-Finnish off the site
-spit and shine :P
-add some widgets mabye?
